Liked the way our newly decorated and neat double room with complimentary breakfast was arranged. The location was good and perfect in a good area, so close to restaurants, and the flight path. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 105 mins walk from the hotel.

The check in was friendly at 3 pm, the room was updated.

The hotel is well kept. Large, clean rooms and bathroom. Very friendly staff at the reception. No plastic dishes.

WLAN in the room only against surcharge in good quality. Breakfast is quite spartan, expensive for the offer and disturbing in the process (you have to sign at the table during the meal and give a tip per day. Like a restaurant. Was not suitable for a good hotel).

Friendly staff, convenient location, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the shuttle service to the airport was prompt.

The location was excellent - just next door to a restaurant. It also was to Myrtle Beach. Brand-new room with bathroom, everything was modern. There were a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a fridge upon arrival.

The room was brand-new and cheap with a comfy bed, bedroom and complimentary breakfast and safety measures included smoke detectors.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

I really appreciated the staff's willingness to move us to a more accessible room for my mom's needs after I explained our situation. The breakfast setup was less than ideal, though; it would be great to have access to the dining area post-breakfast to relax a bit. Overall, it wasn't perfect, but I'd consider staying again for the kindness shown during our tough time.

I booked this hotel because it had a heated pool for my son to swim in and was bowled over by the cleanliness, comfort & service. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone! Far exceeded my expectations. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was great and our room was super quiet. Huge kitchen area in the room with a full size sink. We loved everything about this hotel!

The breakfast was excellent and really helped start the day right. Be prepared for no housekeeping during your stay.

The location (so near the airport) is perfect. And having a good restaurant right next door, is very helpful. We also appreciated the shuttle service (we used it for back and forth to the airport, and for other "getting around"). Our stay was very enjoyable.

Truly, I do not have any complaints.

Shuttle drivers helpful. One waited for me to get something to eat at a fast food restaurant and then brought me back.

Booked.net failed to forward my reservation for the first night or second night. Waited over 45 minutes at 3 AM trying to book into room after a delayed flight. Then the clerk called at 6 AM after I had gotten to sleep at 4 AM and wanted me to come swipe my card. I declined. Frustrated with Booked.net and how it played out at the hotel. Manager finally got what they needed in the morning. Booked.net needs to do better.

Comfortable Stay with a Great Breakfast!

The room was spacious and relaxing. Breakfast every morning included delicious options. Make sure to ask for extra towels, as the ones provided are quite small and not very soft. A satisfying experience for solo travelers!

Location, carpet was dirty, room and hallway had an odd smell.
